Slyde Pro ("we", "our", or "us") helps authenticated users create story-ready sales graphics and related content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the service.

  • Content data: Images and text you upload or enter to generate story assets.
  • Google data (when connected): Spreadsheet metadata and sheet row values you choose to import, plus a list of your spreadsheet files when you request it.
  • Technical data: Basic logs and diagnostics needed to run, secure, and improve the app.

How We Use Information

  • To authenticate users and enforce access controls.
  • To generate and export story-sale content.
  • To support optional Google Sheets import workflows.
  • To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Google APIs and Limited Use

If you connect Google, Slyde Pro requests only the scopes needed to support sign-in and read-only spreadsheet import features.

Slyde Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that host or operate the application infrastructure, and only as needed to provide the service.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for operational, security, and legal purposes. Imported spreadsheet data is used for in-app processing and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Choices

  • You can stop using the app at any time.
  • You can disconnect Google access from your Google account permissions page.
  • You can request account/access changes through your Slyde Pro administrator.

Children's Privacy

Slyde Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
